I am pleased to report that our BMM 2020 event in Chicago was successful and productive. The weather was very warm and sunny. Following Mandal delegates attended the meeting:

Chicago, Detroit, New Jersey, Cincinnati, Toronto, Montreal, Denver, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Philadelphia and Peoria. We were blessed by the presence of BMM Founder member Mrs. Jayatai Huprikar. Wives of other 2 Founder members Mrs Vaidya and Mrs Godbole also joined us for Saturday night dinner.

 

BMM EC team shared information about current membership, various initiatives as well as future plan. It was well received by the attendees. We received lot of good feedback and suggestions. As a result, we have noted action items. Our team will provide periodic progress report to all of you. Everyone thought this was good idea and needs to be planned again soon. We will definitely consider it. We all had lot of fun and it was nice to meet everyone in person. All the delegates agreed to take the information back to their members.

 

As per agenda, we visited McCormick Convention Center. It is really a beautiful place and theater is magnificent. You will see the detail report and photos in Dec Vrutta. Chicago convention team along with Mr. Abhijeet Patil of Raja Rani Travels did the presentations on Sunday.
