I am pleased to report that many of the Marathi Mandals in NA are becoming BMM members. Some of you have asked help with registering your Mandal.

As you know, each state has a separate requirement about registering an entity as a non-profit organization. BMM does not have a complete resource to support each Mandal in various states. However Mrs. Sucheta Akolkar from Chicago has offered to provide help in this matter. She is a CPA and can guide you in the right direction.  I would like to thank Sucheta and her husband Pankaj for their support. They both are on Chicago's Convention committee.
